If you mistakenly ordered a wrong product, please contact sales first. We'll do our best to solve your problem.
We refund perpetual license and annual subscription orders up to 15 days after the purchase date. Monthly subscription orders can be refunded up to 7 days after the purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact sales and send us the order reference number, invoice number, license certificate or other purchase-related information.
