SSL Certificate issue

I am trying to activate yourkit using the floating license but it is failing. How can i remove the certificate that yourkit is using internally to connect to the floating license server?

Please contact support@yourkit.com and provide your license key, and the screenshot of the error message you receive. Please do not post your license key here in the public forum.
