Unable to connect to remote EE server

We have 2 Java processes running on Ubuntu 20.04

openjdk version "1.7.0_75"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_75-b13)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.75-b04, mixed mode)

I can login as each of the 2 process users (userA,userB) from the command line

When I try to map it using YourKit Java Profiler 2020.9-b424 (could I be using the wrong version?) as I read that I needed to use an older version with the older version of Java. In my trial I tested on a different server and was able to connect without issue.
On this server I get two different errors (trying to Profile remote Java EE server)

Error 1
Failed to authenticate to [email protected]

Error 2 (userB)
Failed to upload files

Since I can login via SSH with both users, I am unsure what to do to troubleshoot in the profiler program.
