[EAP #512] Cosmetics: "s" instead of spaces

After connecting to an application that's launched from IDEA (#3185) the name of the application that is being profiled is looking quite strange. It says "Connected to local application 'SomeApplications(launchedsfromsIDEA)' at port 10001". There are s's instead of spaces in the text.

Actually it's a bug. We use "^" to quote spaces in command line. By some reason they are converted to "s". Perhaps, it's relaled to your locale. What is your system locale?

I'm using a german Windows XP (Prof) with the default locale.

The bug will be fixed in the build 516.

I reported this bug back in the 3.1 EAP, glad to see the resolution is now near!!
