Remote profiling

I tried to activate the remote profiling, I got the list of .net applications, and chose one.
The process window appeared but nothing happens and the following message appeared:
Local application mmc.exe at port 10001 has terminated or connection is lost

The process log:

Please send us all the log files which are located at %USER_HOME%\.ynp\log directory
