Hello Matthias

Thank you very much for the logs.

The crash happens calling a CLR API function with certain input
parameters. Having the application that reproduces the problem would
be extremely helpful.

Best regards,
Anton

Hello Matthias

We'd appreciate if you could perform another test.

Please download this file
http://www.yourkit.com/download/tmp/200 ... pagent.dll
and write it over
<path to YourKit Profiler 3.0.5 for .NET>\bin\win32\yjpagent.dll

After that, please invoke "regsvr32 yjpagent.dll".

When it crashes capturing a snapshot, could you please send us the logs. It would be great if you could repeat capture 2-3 times.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Anton

Good evening,

I just sent you the new log-files. I the new file for the profiler.

1. Test: Our application started normally and memory snapshot failed again. The application was still running.

2. Test: Trying to get a memory snapshot after 1. Test. Failed. The application was still running.

3. Test: Restarting our application. Trying to get a memory snapshot. Failed.

4. Test: Restarting profiler and our application. Taking a memory snapshot failed again.

Kind regards.

Hello Matthias,

Thank you very much.

Do you have any news regarding the ability to provide us with the
application which reproduces the problem? We hardly need it, because
this seems a tricky issue inside the CLR implementation which is not
reproducible with the programs that we have for testing.

Best regards,
Anton
