I saw in the Java profiler demo that there is an option to mark a generation, and from this
point, all objects that created will be shown in the next generation. Is this option exist in .net profile?

This option is not available in .NET profiler. We'll consider adding this feature in next version. However, I can see some technical difficulties at CLR side that may hinder implementing this feature as light-weight and non-disturbing as it is in Java.
