Did I miss something from the 2014 version to 2015? Where did the time picker on the Performance Charts tab go?

Could you please be more specific on what you mean with the time picker.

Do you mean the vertical line appearing when you click the chart which indicates the point of click? I far as I see, it works just fine: it appears on a click, and disappears if you select a range (i.e. replaced with it) or press Esc.

The toolbar button for time scaling has been removed. This functionality is now available from a popup menu: please right-click a graph to access corresponding actions.
