how do I Load Java profiler to my eclipse workspace

I have java web project in eclipse which I have checked out from svn in my remote machine. I have already installed yourkit javaprofiler in my remote machine.I have to check memoryleak.where should I load java profiler? Whether I have to use the steps to install new software in help menu of eclipse?Pls help me.

Where do you run the application you want to profile: on the remote machine or on your local machine?
