What do you mean with "increase/set number of users in java profiling"?

As i want to know using yourkit can be put load on the application by increasing the thread count?

If you mean whether the profiler can be used as a data source for load testing, i.e. to generate load, then the answer is no. The profiler measures existing applications as is. It does not alter their behavior, it does not invoke any parts of the application that wouldn't run without profiling.
