Starting Tomcat from YourKit

I have integrated YourKit to Tomcat 5.x via the YourKit menus. But at this point it is not intuitive how I would get YourKit to call the Tomcat starup.bat ?

YourKit profiler doesn't call startup.bat script. Instead you have to launch startrup.bat (manually or from IDE) and after that connect to running Tomcat server from profiler UI (for example, action "lookup locally running applications" at "Control Panel")
