no valid yourkit java profiler plugin config settings found

I installed yourkit java profiler 11.0.9 some time ago. Today I wanted to install the corresponding eclipse plugin.
The documentation points to the url http://www.yourkit.com/download/yjp2014_for_eclipse/. The plugin is installed ok, but refuses to work because it's looking for a different settings file then the ide-integration.config generated from the 11.0.9 IDE.
Then I tried the older plugin url http://www.yourkit.com/download/yjp2013_for_eclipse/, but that one is looking for a 'ide.txt'.
Hence my question: could anyone please point me to an url that really works together with the yourkit 11.0.9, and corresponding ide-integration.config ??

Please note that version 11 is unsupported. Please use the latest version 2014.

Anyway, the correct URL for 11 should be http://www.yourkit.com/download/yourkit11_for_eclipse/
