EAP License Keys - Timescales?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering how long it usually takes for an EAP 3.1 License Key to get emailed to us?? I signed up a few days ago and still haven't recieved any key and I'm keen to get started with it.

In case it helps at all I'm using Mozilla Firefox 0.10.1 and it said my email address had been accepted by your form but I was wondering if there were any known problems with signing up and Firefox??

License keys are sent immediately. If you didn't get key in reasonable time ( couple of minutes), then it means only the following:

1. you have specified wrong e-mail address
2. e-mail with license key was rejected by smap filter (of your e-mail client, or your e-mail server).

Please try to get another EAP license key

Thanks Vladimir, must be my email playing up again as you suggested. I tried sending it to another account I have and that worked fine.
