How to uninstall yourkit bundle
Please provide command for uninstalling yourkit bundle from AIX server

What bundle do you mean?
Anyway, since there is no installer for AIX, and "installation" was performed by copying files/unpacking archives, it seems all you need to do is to remove the files and make -agentpath VM option is no longer used.
