Problem profiling my Java programs

Hello everyone,

I am having a problem using JMP (not the data analysis software) for profiling my Java programs in Ubuntu and I'd be glad if someone could point me in the right direction. How I can just use it as an external profiling tool?

Could you please provide any detail on the problem.

What do you mean with an external profiling tool?
