performance issue caused by Yourkit

Hi Team,

We are from the LogicMonitor RnD team and need some support/guidance using YourKit in efficient / optimized way.

When we tried YourKit in our local/QA server for profiling we were able to do the analysis. But when this was installed on a production server, it caused significant performance issues and the server immediately became unresponsive and resulted in restart and removal of YourKit only fixed the issue.

We also tried with options "disabletracing", "disablealloc" and "probe_disable=*" but this didn't help when profiling was started and CPU was spiked.

We are looking for some suggestions here, as we need this to be done at all production-like servers and need to look at the suitability options.

Please note we are having a commercial license of YourKit.

You asked the same by email, please check the last answer.

In short:

1. Please use the latest profiler version instead of the old unsupported one.
2. Please additionally specify the following agent startup options: disablestacktelemetry, exceptions=disable
