JFR Integration?

Postby mkw » Tue Jul 28, 2020 3:57 pm

Now that JFR is no longer a commercial feature, is there any possibility that YourKit could gain the ability to analyze its output? In particular, it would be useful to:

  • Analyze saved JFR telemetry in YourKit
  • Analyze JFR events in YourKit in real time, including custom events
  • Use JFR as a source of data instead of the YourKit agent

We'll consider adding such functionality for a future version.

What tool(s) do you currently use for browsing JFR results?
