Please try now to install the update site http://www.yourkit.com/download/yjp2019_8_for_eclipse/ to Eclipse. We resolved an issue with certificates which likely caused your problem.

Just tried one more time with https://www.yourkit.com/download/yjp2019_8_for_eclipse/ and it installed without errors.
