Not able to remotely connect

Not able to remotely connect

Team,

I am not able to connect to remote host.
I have attach profiler using console attach wizard(attach.bat).
In command prompt its showing process is
The profiler agent has attached. Waiting while it
The agent is loaded and is listening on port 1000
Now you can connect to it from the profiler UI.

but in yourkit ui on adding remote host its saying
no running application

If they don't help, please send to support@yourkit.com all detail: the agent log file, the profiler UI log, screenshot of the Welcome screen.
