Yourkit not authenticating with valid SSH key and passphrase

Postby awebneck » Wed Dec 26, 2018 9:11 pm

Attempting to use the YourKit profiler to connect via SSH, and I keep getting an error saying that it is not able to authenticate to the host. I've provided the correct hostname, port, and SSH private key and passphrase, checked several times. I can ssh with the same credentials to the host in question without issue, but any time I try to connect with YourKit I am presented almost immediately with the error in question.

Have you entered the passphrase immediately in the connection dialog, together with the key file location?

Please send the profiler log file <user home>/.yjp/log to support@yourkit.com

I have. There is no log file at that exact location, but I have submitted what log files are present.

Sorry, the directory should be <user home>/.yjp/log
We'll answer your email.
