Just wondering if the YourKit GUI help support Mozilla? If so, how do I set it up? Thanks.

Of course Help can be viewed by Mozilla, FF, etc.
Under Windows profiler launches "default" system browser, so if you have Mozilla installed please make sure that it's default browser. Under Linux and Solaris you can customize browser at "Settings | User Interface..."

mozilla. Please use something like "find / | grep mozilla" to find where it's located in your file system.
