Can I trace a GCLocker event (JNI call) with the yourkit profiler?

Do you mean the GCLocker Initiated GC, as described in this article?

It seems there is no way to explicitly track it, but you may use the "GC Pauses" graph found in the "Memory" tab, section "Memory & GC Telemetry".
