Support email is not working

Why do you publish support email address ([email protected]), if you don't bother to answer? I have written you three emails during las month, and complete silence was the answer.

If it is your official policy, please acknowledge this in your support terms, which now says "Basic support - Email support with unlimited number of incidents", which is obviously a lie.
